{"id":193,"date":"2019-07-15T19:08:57","date_gmt":"2019-07-16T01:08:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.great-white-software.com\/blog\/?p=193"},"modified":"2019-07-15T19:08:57","modified_gmt":"2019-07-16T01:08:57","slug":"about-attributes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.great-white-software.com\/blog\/2019\/07\/15\/about-attributes\/","title":{"rendered":"About Attributes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>A recent feedback case made me think that there may be a real lack of information about attributes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A lot of people believe that attributes are key value pairs that must have a valid identifier as the NAME and ALWAYS have a quoted string for a value. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is incorrect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Attribute name can be quoted strings &#8211; meaning you can, by using a quoted string for the name &#8211; have names that include spaces that would normally be invalid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Secondly you CAN have an attribute VALUE that is NOT a quoted string.
